Peach, Snagglenation's most notorious food critic πŸ‘ Sugar gliders have very special dietary needs consisting of a variety of food types. Petunia and Peach are currently on the TPG diet, which is a mixture of unsweetened all natural yogurt. Organic orange juice. Unsweetened organic applesauce. Flax seed. Thin slices of poached chicken. And small bits of strawberries, orange, blueberries, apples, green beans, sweet potatoes, carrots, and squash. Topped off with a vitamin and calcium supplement. All frozen into cubes and thawed out for dinner each night. πŸ‘ When Peach came to us she had scores of issues due to improper diet. It caused her fur to be more yellow than cream, which is referred to as "staining". She also suffered from growth issues in both of her back legs after not receiving enough calcium. This causes her to have bowed back legs and while it doesn't currently inhibit her, it may cause her to have joint problems later in life. (Much later, sugar gliders can actually live 8-15 years in captivity.) πŸ‘ To learn more about sugar gliders click here πŸ‘‰πŸΌ#PeachyandPetunia If you have a question you'd like to see answered in our next educational post comment below! #sugargliders #suggies

So cute❀

You are an amazing pet owner - so glad to see posts like this. My pair were also on TPG diet. I love how easy it is!

@teresamariiaa 😍😍😍

I was wondering about Juniper. I know you've said that foxes pee smells really bad and you can't do much about it. Does cleaning it help or does your house just smell like Juni pee all the time? I imagine you would get wall plug ins for every room lol! It's the price you pay for having this wonderful girl.

Excuse me what is your job I wonder

Animals have better diet than me πŸ˜’πŸ€”

This is a big salad for this little guy lol πŸ˜‚πŸ˜ @tdjohnson_22

Sugar glider buffet ❀️

@pixiestyxyou I like this diet she has them on!!

@kittenbluefox yes they do glide in captivity! It's a natural thing for them. If they have the space, they glide.

@dazzling_choz. What a great idea to freeze and unthaw!!! I need to poach some chicken for them

@indien_joe you can have a sugar glider for whenever you don't want to eat your veggies

@mattyjmakeup trust me they arnt 'terrified' and by the looks of it she seems to take a good care of them. Like she said about the sugar glider. It's having a little bit of health issues, imagine if it was in the wild it wouldn't be getting the things it need to help it. And the fox (which is totally off topic I know) was found she happens to take her in when the fix needed help.

Como haces para q los zorros no los ataquen. Los tienes siempre separados?

where did you get peach and petunia?

just how much do these little sugar gliders eat on a regular base?
